Every deadline, with its own date
The shop, the manufacturer and the law each give you different time. Coverwell works out each date from the purchase or delivery date and the country you bought in, and shows what's open, what's closing and what has ended.

Return window
The shop's own return policy, read from the receipt or picked in one tap: 14, 30 or 60 days.

14-day withdrawal
When you buy online in the EU or the UK, you can usually cancel within 14 days of delivery.

Manufacturer warranty
The length on the receipt or the box, plus any extended cover you bought.

Legal guarantee
The seller's legal responsibility for faults, at least 2 years in the EU. Rules for all 27 EU countries and the UK are built in.

Repair extension
In some EU countries, choosing a repair under the legal guarantee extends it once. Coverwell adds it when it applies.
Claim with a ready letter
Tell Coverwell what happened and it offers only the claims that are still open. The letter names the item, the dates and what you're asking for, such as a free repair, a replacement or your money back, and cites the law where one applies.
Edit it if you like, then share one PDF with a summary page, the letter, your receipts and up to 6 photos, or email it to the shop.
Everything you own, room by room
Sort your things into rooms and create a report for your insurer: a PDF with photos, ages and prices for each room, and a CSV that opens in Numbers or Excel. Part of Coverwell Pro.
A full export of everything you added, with every receipt and photo, is always free.

Questions
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. Coverwell has no account and makes no network connections. Everything you add stays on your iPhone, and the app works without a connection.
Which countries does Coverwell know the rules for?
Return windows and warranties work wherever you shop. The 14-day withdrawal and the legal guarantee are worked out for the 27 EU countries and the UK. Those rules have not been legally reviewed yet, so check a date before you rely on it.
What happens after 10 items?
The free version keeps up to 10 items and 1 claim kit. Anything you add after that is saved to review, and nothing you entered is lost. Unlock Coverwell Pro once to keep adding items.
What if Coverwell reads a receipt wrong?
Every value it reads is marked "From receipt" and nothing is saved until you tap Confirm. Faded or unusual receipts can miss a value; anything Coverwell couldn't read stays empty for you to fill in.
